2. Custom Song Creation

2.1 Personalized Songs: Customers can provide specific details such as the name, lyrics, genre, language, and occasion to create a unique song.
2.2 Replacements:

  • If the initial custom song is unsatisfactory, you must request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For a single purchase, you are entitled to two replacements only, without altering the original details provided (e.g., lyrics, name, genre, or occasion).
  • No replacements or refunds are allowed after the two replacement requests.
    2.3 Copyright and Usage:
  • The sole copyright of the custom song remains with 24by7publishing.com.
  • Customers receive a non-exclusive right for personal use.
  • For commercial use, customers must purchase a Commercial Use Add-On.
  • Personal use allows uploading the song to personal accounts on platforms such as Facebook and YouTube. 2.4 Refund Policy: No refunds are available for custom song purchases, including replacement requests.

3. Custom Physical Books

3.1 Personalization: Personalized books are created based on customer-provided inputs such as names, events, and occasions.
3.2 Returns and Refunds:

  • Once a book is printed and shipped, no returns are accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the book has a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect printing, missing pages), customers are eligible for:
    • A one-time replacement or
    • A 50% refund on the product price.
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect details provided by the customer.
    3.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including for replacements.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payments must be made at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment gateways as available.

5. Privacy Policy

7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

8.1 All intellectual property rights in the content, products, and services offered by Gift It, including custom songs and personalized books, are owned by 24by7publishing.com unless otherwise specified.
8.2 Customers are granted a non-exclusive right to use custom products for personal use only. For commercial use, additional licensing fees must be paid.

You agree not to:

9.2 Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website or its services.
9.3 Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the website or its content without express written consent.

10. Shipping Policy
