Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

1. Custom Songs

1.1 Customers must request a replacement within 48 hours if unsatisfied with the initial song.
1.2 For one purchase, customers are entitled to two free replacements, provided the original attributes (e.g., lyrics, name, genre, language) are not changed.
1.3 No refund or replacement will be provided after the two replacements.
1.4 Refunds: Custom songs are non-refundable.

2. Custom Physical Books

2.1 No Returns: Once a book has been printed and shipped, returns are not accepted.
2.2 Replacement or Refund:

If the book has a manufacturing defect, customers can choose:
- A one-time replacement or
- A 50% refund of the product price.
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, with photo proof of the defect.
2.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, including for replacement requests.

3. General Return and Refund Conditions

3.1 Refund requests must be made via email within the specified timeframe for each product.
3.2 No refunds will be provided for errors caused by customers (e.g., incorrect information, wrong addresses, or input errors).
3.3 If a refund is issued, it will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the account.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Orders for custom products (songs or books) cannot be canceled once production has started.
4.2 If cancellation is requested before production begins, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping is calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the product.
5.2 Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes as applicable in their country.
5.3 Delivery timelines may vary, and delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Gift It.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
